In my store I treat my customers the way I expected to be served so you won’t find  fine print or legalese here.
Buying bullion isn't rocket science. I don't waste money on a fancy website or business premises.
I don't set onerous vendor conditions or make my customers jump through hoops to place an order or accept delivery.
I offer competitively priced bullion, a wide range and prompt delivery.
If you happen to find another source that has a lower shipped price for any of my products, I would appreciate an opportunity to offer you a better deal.

Orders:
I try to be flexible when dealing with my customers.. I know what it’s like to get buyer’s remorse so I don’t mind you making changes after you placed an order with me.
You can add to, remove items or even cancel your order within 24 hours without penalty or conditions.
I specialise in smaller orders but if you require a large quantity of bullion gold or silver, please don’t hesitate to contact me for the best possible deal.
My work hours are flexible so I can give you a quote outside the normal trading hours of East Coast bullion companies and the Perth Mint.
Quotes for  bulk orders are valid for at least 12 hours; longer if spot is not too volatile.
It is a service few if any of my competitors are prepared to risk due to the volatility of precious metals prices.
I also guarantee to beat the shipped prices of any Australian coin dealer or bullion website.
I don’t mislead buyers by offering a lower shop price and then bump up my profits by charging exorbitant shipping and insurance fees at the checkout..
Just send me a link that is offering an identical and available bullion coin at a lower shipped price within 12 hours after you place an order with me and I will make a price adjustment so that it is below that of my competitors.
Inventory:
I carry  the largest range of bullion gold and silver coins of any e-commerce dealer in Australia.
All the coins and bullion that I offer for sale are available for immediate delivery. I don’t sell what's not in stock.
If any items are sold out, I place a sold out flag on that particular item. I don't take orders for sold out items and then make you wait weeks until I get replacements.
Payment:
I take two types of payment; Bank transfer and Cash on Delivery.
Shipping:
I pride myself on how fast I can get the products to my customers. No other dealer comes even close when it comes to speedy deliveries.
It is not uncommon that a Perth based customer receives their goods less than 24 hours after placing an order.
If my competitors delivers within a week that is considered express.
How can I do it? Because I don't pretend to carry stock that is not in my inventory.
Once your payment is cleared, your goods is out of the door.
Being a mere male the packaging isn’t going to be neat or pretty and I am a very committed recycler; however your goods will arrive securely.
Most items are shipped by registered mail or Platinum Express Post either on the same day or within 24 hours after payment is cleared.
You can then expect the goods to be arrive within 3 to 5 days for registered post.
24 hours is the norm if shipped by Platinum Express Post.
If you prefer a more private transaction I provide a delivery service in Sydney
As from today all my bullion are shipped with free insurance; the only extra you pay is postage.
You are covered for any loss in the postal system until you sign for the package.
Returns
If the item I sell you isn’t as described or is defective, return the products within 7 days and I will give you a full refund and any additional postage you may incur.
Placing an Order
When placing an order some customers are confused by some of the American terms used in the order form.
The last prompt  for Postal orders often confuses some people.  Just click the button anyway and you will get an invoice and payment details.
I won't penalize you if you make a mistake during the ordering process. Just email me if you want any corrections or cancellations made to the order.
If you still have problems send me an email and I will process the order for you manually.
Buybacks
I pay the highest prices when you want to sell your bullion.
Check the buyback prices of the other dealers  and then be pleasantly surprised with my prices.
